Processing of personal data
H DROP processes the data provided by the data subjects themselves when they use the website or other services provided by H DROP.
H DROP processes personal data for the following purposes:
processes the following personal data for the purposes of administration of e-mail users, management of portal www.hdrop.lt , installation and maintenance of information systems and workstations: name of person, e-mail address;
collects the following data for order management purposes: person's name, address, telephone number;
for the purposes of handling and internal administration of the files of employees and service providers of employees working under contracts of employment, the following personal data are processed: person's name, date of birth, personal identification number, nationality, place of residence, name and position of the workplace, number of identity document;

processes statistics for the purposes of website visit analysis.
This data shall be processed for 10 years from the date of their processing.

The data subject, by providing his/her e-mail address and other personal data on the website, may agree or object that his/her data will be used for direct marketing purposes

Rights of data subjects

The data subject, who has submitted an identity document to H DROP or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts or by electronic means of communication, which allows to properly identify the person who has confirmed his/her identity, must submit a written request to H DROP in person, by post, by courier or e-mail (hereinafter referred to as the Application) regarding the exercise of his/her rights. H DROP shall reply no later than 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the data subject's request upon request of the data subject.

H DROP implements appropriate organizational and technical data security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful processing.
